Are you ready to start trying to have a baby?



If so, we’ve highlighted a few recommendations to help get you started.


  1. Start taking prenatal vitamins & consult your doctor if you will need additional folic acid. ⁠⠀⁣⁣

  2. ⁣If you are taking medications for medical conditions be sure to review them to make sure they are safe. ⁠⠀⁣⁣

  3. Decrease your alcohol intake as well as smoking or vaping ⁠⠀⁣⁣

  4. Focus on your health – both physical & mental health. Try to exercise 3 to 5 times a week with moderate intensity and eat cleaner.

  5. Stop taking or remove your birth control ⁠⠀⁣⁣

  6. ⁣Track your Ovulation- Download a period and ovulation tracker app. We laso recommend an ovulation predictor kits - @clearblue - These will help you determine when is the best time to have intercourse.

  7. Enjoy yourself! We know that this time can be stressful, but try to enjoy it. Research has shown that stress can prolong conception. So stop stressing and do activities to promote relaxation.


We typically recommend, depending on your age and timeframe, to try on your own for 6 to 12 months before taking the next step.⁠⠀⁣⁣
