Ways to Boost Your Fertility

Since we're all stuck at home, we figured this may be an interesting read for some of you....10 ways you can boost your fertility. ⁠⁣⁣

  • Take prenatal vitamins - some may need to increase the amount of folic acid, but please confirm with your doctor⁠⁣⁣.

  • Get regular exercise - this can help regulate your hormones and insulin especially for those suffering with PCOS⁠.️

  • ⁣Eat well - a balance diet helps with your overall well-being⁠.

  • Avoid smoking & alcohol⁠⁣⁣.

  • ⁣Reduce your caffeine intake to 200mg per day⁠. ⁠⁣⁣

  • Get some rest - we recommend getting at least 8 hours⁠.

  • Reduce stress - Meditating, yoga, praying or keeping a gratitude journal can help lower your stress levels⁠⁣⁣.

  • Track your period and ovulation cycle ⁠ - there are lots of apps that can help you with this⁠. You can also try an ovulation kit to help track your cycle.⁠⁣⁣

  • Get down to business! It's best to have sex 2-3 days prior to ovulation and then every 1-2 days during and after. ⁣⁣

  • Improve your partner's fertility - have them join in on some of the tips listed above. ⁠⁣⁣
