Ways to Boost Your Fertility
Since we're all stuck at home, we figured this may be an interesting read for some of you....10 ways you can boost your fertility.
Take prenatal vitamins - some may need to increase the amount of folic acid, but please confirm with your doctor.
Get regular exercise - this can help regulate your hormones and insulin especially for those suffering with PCOS.️
Eat well - a balance diet helps with your overall well-being.
Avoid smoking & alcohol.
Reduce your caffeine intake to 200mg per day.
Get some rest - we recommend getting at least 8 hours.
Reduce stress - Meditating, yoga, praying or keeping a gratitude journal can help lower your stress levels.
Track your period and ovulation cycle - there are lots of apps that can help you with this. You can also try an ovulation kit to help track your cycle.
Get down to business! It's best to have sex 2-3 days prior to ovulation and then every 1-2 days during and after.
Improve your partner's fertility - have them join in on some of the tips listed above.
